EIT Health is one of eight Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs) currently funded by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT). We deliver solutions for high-performance healthcare systems, healthier citizens and a sustainable health economy in Europe. To do this, we connect the right people with the major health challenges of our time across Europe’s borders. We use the expertise of over 150 leading players of the European healthcare system – pharmaceuticals, medical technology, diagnostics, consumer goods, universities, research institutions, healthcare providers, payors, policymakers and administrators – to make innovation a reality and commercialise patient-oriented solutions.
