This event is in the past

Together with the Digital Hub Mannheim/Ludwigshafen Chemistry & Health, EIT-Health and EIT-Digital are organizing this matchmaking event for health insurance companies. The aim of the event is to offer a contact platform to enter into dialogue with innovative companies from three established health networks and to create a forward-looking link between insurance companies and start-ups/scale-ups with the help of the organisers’ expertise and contact pool.

The focus is on the opportunities for digitization for patients and simplified access to individualized and improved diagnostic, treatment and medication options.
To this end, the event will act as a meeting forum for interested health insurance companies to find solutions for start-ups with the intention of translating the benefits of digitisation from an idea into a practical application for the benefit of the patient more quickly.
The strengthened network of EIT Health, EIT Digital and Digital Hub Mannheim/Ludwigshafen in the Rhine-Neckar Metropolitan Region for Health creates new ways in the area of action between entrepreneurs, insurers, doctors, health facilities and patients and makes use of the local density of companies, research institutions and network nodes for innovations and digitisation in the health care sector.

We are honored to announce Dr. Jan Alexandersson, Head AAL Competence Center, Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz (DFKI) GmbH as Keynote Speaker. Topic:
